Where the requirement is for more than 500 discs, replication is the industry standard. Replication is where a disc is manufactured as a complete unit.
This involves the disc being pressed from a glass master, the information being manufactured into the disc, digitally checked and printed via an offset or screen print system. This process lends itself to production where we have far less stringent deadlines. Extremely cost effective!
